Cancellation Policy

At Stephanie Rae LLC, we value your time and ours. This Booking Policy outlines the procedures and expectations when scheduling services with us. By booking a session or package, you agree to the terms below. Scheduling All sessions must be booked in advance through the website or by contacting Stephanie Rae LLC directly. Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, or if you miss your scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be forfeited. Refunds All sales are final. No refunds will be provided for canceled or missed sessions. Payments may be applied toward a rescheduled session (with proper notice) at the discretion of Stephanie Rae LLC. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session will end at the scheduled time. No additional time will be added, and no partial refunds will be issued. Policy Updates Stephanie Rae LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Booking Policy at any time. Updates will take effect immediately upon posting on this website.
